The Cinema Teatro "La Pergola" of Vidiciatico, in the Municipality of Lizzano in Belvedere (in the province of Bologna) was born in 1948 in the climate of great reconstruction of the first post-war period. The projections are exclusively of "Cinema d'Autore".

Corno alle Scale Bike

If cycling is your passion, welcome, you’re in the right place! For both experts and beginners. In fact, beginners can decide to dive into this adrenaline-pumping experience that will show you our woods from a new perspective. Those who, on the other hand, have a calmer and more traditional pedaling style can take advantage of the numerous mountain bike trails that travel through our area. If, on the other hand, you wish to enjoy our panoramas without having too much training behind you, it is possible to rent pedal-assisted electric mountain bikes, very simple to use and suitable for everyone, from families to the more experienced. We just have to wish you a pleasant stay at the Hotel Montegrande and good vacation!

Gothic Line - Monte Belvedere

The project aims to highlight the events of Armando’s partisans after the fall of the Free Zone of Montefiorino, until they arrived in the Reno valley in the autumn of 1944, where they gave life to the Free Zone of Belvedere and at the same time collaborated with the Allies as co-belligerents until the end of the war.

Ten municipalities involved with their respective museums are: Fanano (Modena), Frassinoro (Modena), Lizzano in Belvedere (Bologna), Montecreto (Modena), Montese (Modena), Montefiorino (Modena), Palagano (Modena), Pievepelago (Modena), Sestola (Modena), Villa Minozzo (Reggio Emilia), with the collaboration of the Institute for the history of the Resistance and contemporary society of Modena and the Linea Gotica Association – Workshop of Memory and the help of the associations: Friends of the Montefiorino Museum, the Il Trebbo di Montese cultural group and Anpi Alta Valle del Reno and of the museum structures: Montefiorino Museum, Montecreto Community Museum, Monti della Riva Museum, Montese Museum and Iola di Montese museum system.
The project is carried out with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region (Regional Law March 2016, n.3: Memory of the twentieth century. Promotion and support for activities to enhance the history of the twentieth century in Emilia-Romagna).
