The station looks like a sort of large natural amphitheater which extends like a fan from the 1945 meters of Corno alle Scale up to to Lake Scaffaiolo, served by 4 chair lifts and 2 ski lifts, for a course total of over 10,000 people/hour. The kilometers of track are 36, of varying difficulty, of which 80% covered by snow machines artificial that allow, however the season goes, to ski one average of 150 days a year. But Corno alle Scale is also synonymous with convenience: the station is located, in fact, halfway between Bologna and Florence, from which it is one seventy kilometers, while it is possible to take advantage of proposals for accommodation at particularly competitive prices for groups, schools and individuals, inclusive of hotel stay, ski pass, ski lessons.
